What do you look for during a roof inspection?

We inspect the overall condition of the roof, including shingles, flashing, valleys, vents, pipe boots, ridge caps, gutters, roof penetrations, and signs of storm damage. When needed and accessible, we may also inspect the attic for moisture stains, ventilation issues, soft decking, or signs of active leaks.
