Nashville Roof Replacement

A new roof is more than the shingles you see from the street. We install complete roofing systems—with the underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and details needed for long-term performance.

Revival Roofing & Restoration provides roof replacements across Nashville and Middle Tennessee, with careful property protection and a clean, organized installation from tear-off through final walkthrough.

Repair or replace?

Is It Time for a New Roof?

A roof does not need to be replaced just because it has one leak or a few damaged shingles. But when problems become widespread, repairs keep adding up, or the roofing system has reached the end of its useful life, replacement may be the smarter long-term decision.

We look at the entire roof—not just one problem area—before recommending what comes next.

Widespread Wear

Curling, cracking, granule loss, and brittle shingles can signal that the roofing system is nearing the end of its useful life.

Recurring Leaks

One isolated leak may be repairable. Multiple leaks or repeated repairs can point to a larger problem.

Storm Damage

Wind and hail can affect shingles, flashing, vents, and other components across several areas of the roof.

Repairs Keep Adding Up

When ongoing repair costs no longer make sense, replacing the roof may provide better protection and value.

Not sure where your roof stands? We’ll inspect it and explain whether repair, replacement, or continued monitoring makes the most sense.

More Than Shingles

A Roof Replacement Is a Complete System.

The shingles are only the part you see. Underneath them, the decking, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, drip edge, pipe boots, and other components all work together to protect the home.

During replacement, we remove the existing roofing materials, inspect the exposed roof deck, and address the details needed for the new system to perform properly. Before work begins, you’ll know what is included—and what happens if we uncover damaged decking or another hidden issue.

Roof Deck Inspection: Once the old roof is removed, we inspect the exposed decking for damaged or deteriorated areas.

Water Protection: Underlayment, ice and water protection, and properly installed flashing help defend vulnerable areas from moisture.

Ventilation: Proper intake and exhaust ventilation help manage heat and moisture inside the attic.

Finishing Details: Drip edge, pipe boots, ridge caps, valleys, and roof-to-wall transitions are completed as part of the roofing system.

Color Meets Performance

Choose a Roof That Fits The Home.

A new roof changes more than the way your home is protected—it can change the entire look of the property.

We offer architectural shingles in a range of colors and styles from trusted manufacturers. We’ll help you compare options, consider the home’s exterior materials, and choose a roofing system that fits both the property and your budget.

Final color selections should be confirmed using physical shingle samples before installation.

From Tear-Off To Clean Up

One Organized Day. A Roof Built for Years.

Most residential roof replacements are completed in one day, depending on the size, pitch, weather, and condition of the roof deck. We coordinate the materials, property protection, installation, and cleanup so you know what to expect before work begins.

Protect

Landscaping, siding, driveways, AC units, and nearby areas are prepared before tear-off begins.

Remove

The existing roofing materials are removed so the roof deck and hidden problem areas can be inspected.

Install

The new roofing system is installed from the underlayment and flashing through the shingles and ridge caps.

Clean

Debris is removed, loose nails are collected with magnets, and the property receives a final walkthrough.

Roof replacement FAQs

The Questions That Usually Come First.

YMost standard asphalt-shingle roof replacements are completed in one day. Larger homes, steep roofs, complex rooflines, weather delays, or damaged decking can extend the timeline. We’ll review the expected schedule before materials arrive.

Usually not. Roof replacement is noisy, especially during tear-off and installation, so some homeowners choose to leave during the busiest part of the day. Pets, young children, and anyone working from home may be more comfortable elsewhere.

Once the existing roofing materials are removed, we inspect the exposed deck. Any damaged or deteriorated wood that needs replacement will be documented and discussed with you according to the pricing outlined before the project begins.

Before tear-off starts, we prepare the areas around the home and protect landscaping, siding, windows, AC units, driveways, and other vulnerable surfaces as needed. Debris is managed throughout the project, and we use nail magnets during the final cleanup.

Yes. We can help you compare shingle styles and colors based on the home’s brick, siding, trim, and overall design. Physical samples should always be reviewed before the final color is selected.

Warranty options depend on the manufacturer, product, and roofing system selected. We’ll explain the available manufacturer coverage and Revival’s workmanship warranty before you approve the project.

Sometimes. Replacement is not automatically the right answer because of one leak or a few damaged shingles. We consider the roof’s age, condition, repair history, and extent of damage before recommending repair or replacement.

Insurance may cover replacement when the damage results from a covered event such as wind or hail, subject to the policy, deductible, exclusions, and the carrier’s decision. Age-related wear and maintenance issues are generally handled differently. We can document the roof’s condition, but the homeowner decides whether to file a claim.
