How do I know if my roof needs to be replaced?

Revival Roofing recommends having your roof checked twice per year and after all major storms. Ask yourself these questions, and if you answer yes to any of them, inquire with us to determine if you need a new roof:

• Is my roof​ twelve (12) to twenty-five (25) years old?
• Is my roof leaking and/or have I had to fix any leaks in the past?
• While standing in my yard, can I see shiny fiberglass, cracking, and/or curling on my current shingles?
• Have I seen any missing or torn shingles around my property?
• Has it been more than 6 or 12 months since I had a local roofing company inspect my roof?
